CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Personal Growth work can be confronting and challenging and when these moments happen we encourage Alchemists to lean into our support team and fellow students. Because of the resources that your investment covers - such as guest teachers, costs for our retreat and other student bonuses and materials, we cannot issue refunds for the training, retreats, support and resources you receive.

AND We also understand that life happens…

As such, our cancellation policy is a deferral policy, meaning we will we only offer cancellations for the Temple Arts Training due to the following reasons:

• If you need to cancel your participation in the Temple Arts Training due to adverse health/sickness/or severe illness (as noted by a medical doctor),close death in the family, or adverse financial hardships which impede your ability to continue in the program including loss of job, loss of income etc…you can contact our team @ info@templeartsalchemy.com to schedule a cancellation call. No refunds will be offered - however - any future installments on the payment plan will be halted less an administrative fee of $250.00 USD.

• If your payment is not received prior to program start date, you will not be permitted to join the live training session.

• If for some reason you are unable to attend our live retreat (sickness, death in the family, major life change, financial hardships) - or - there are unexpected global issues/reasons/challenges that befall Temple Arts Alchemy in hosting the Practitioner Training included in your registration, another location + time will be offered within the year. If for some horrible reason a retreat date in unable to be scheduled - the retreat amount will be deducted from your tuition.

• We can however not be liable for any fees or costs related to the cancellation of flights etc and advise everyone to purchase flight insurance to cover oneself should any cancellations happen.
